Eczema, allergies, autoimmunity, picky eating, and attention, learning and behavioural challenges seem par for the course for kids nowadays.
If you struggle with any of these with your children, know you are far from alone.
But perhaps even more reassuring is that even if this is your current reality, it doesn’t have to continue to be.
In this episode of Wild and Well, I’m joined by certified GAPS coach Emma Goodwin, for an eye-opening conversation about gut health, picky eating, and the deep connection between food and our physical and emotional wellness.
For parents navigating challenges like ADHD, allergies, picky eating, or behavioural and health challenges in their kids, this episode offers a thoughtful look at what might be going on beneath the surface.
Emma and I chat about:

Trained directly by Dr. Natasha, Emma combines lived experience with expert guidance to support families navigating ADHD, eczema, allergies, behavioural challenges, and more – through nourishing, gut-healing food.
