Esau was the first born son of Isaac, the grandson of Abraham -- however, he did not inherit the promise God made to Abraham. Instead, Esau traded away his birthright and settled in a wilderness. He did become the father a nation and we can learn several leadership insights into his life from his biblical narrative.
