On today’s episode I sit down with former Saint Joseph's College of Maine Women’s Lacrosse player Lydia Dexter. In her lacrosse career Lydia was GNAC Offensive Player of the Year in 2022 and was GNAC All-Tournament MVP that year as well. In her final season Lydia had 85 goals for 131 points. This led Lydia to graduate as the program's all-time leader in points (375), points per game (5.77), assists (161), and assists per game (2.48). Currently Lydia is an assistant coach for Connecticut College.
