Unlike diversity, inclusion initiatives lack sufficient metrics to support funding, renewal, and expansion. The use of science-based storytelling at the workplace provides new tools for measuring and improving the trust and empathy among coworkers, key to inclusion.

We will look at key physiologic findings, tech-based measurement tools, and strategic use of storytelling.
