We are kicking our feet and grinning like fools today after finishing The Serpent & The Wings of Night! Tori was nervous for this one after seeing some meh reviews but by the end we couldn't sink our teeth into it fast enough. While this book has all the tropes we adore, Carissa made them feel new and kept us on our toes the whole time. This book had some series twists that we did NOT see coming which we appreciate as girlie pops who read too much a predict too much (at least maddie does, tori is usually just here for the funsies)
