We have heard of the phrase, “managing up” but do we practice it? Are we willing to manage (or actually lead) in a fashion that empowers? Are we willing to lead in a fashion that inspires new visions of self for others? Are we willing to acknowledge that we are in fact leaders in our own worlds and are we being responsible with that leadership?
Accepting this assignment of leadership makes us responsible to make a difference in the world. You being a shepherd in your life circle makes a difference. Use it for the glory of God.
