Dave Buznik (Adam Sandler) is a mild mannered business man with unrecognized implosive anger that seems to only manifest itself in his insecure, neurotic behavior. This has lead to people taking advantage of him his whole life. His loving girlfriend Linda (Marisa Tomei) realizes Dave's problem and puts Buddy Rydell (Jack Nicholson) in his path via a business flight, in order to help improve his life and confidence. The next couple of weeks are nothing that Dave would have ever expected, but everything he needed.
