Part I DC Nats
The mysticism of The Playground
The mystic of the playground - it can be as busy as it can be quite. Yesterday was the playoff at the Navy Yard. There were more than 43000 people, and outside was plentiful of congestion and people. But I passed by the next day at the same time the game played yesterday but that same Busy Happy Ground was quiet, empty, and lockdown. Waiting for the DC Nationals to come home with the life of existential joy - for the city and people, and fans deserves the 30th of October as DC NAts Victory Day. The world doubts but We have faith that 30th of October is DC Nats Victory Day.
Part II
DC Nats
The mysticism of The Playground
I look at the DC Nationals quiet majestic structure thinking of the voices of jubilations and booes, the traffic, officers, security, fans, vehicles, and motorcades. And We said to Ourselves the playground is not different from us humans - for we are the playground and the playground is us. It’s the place of our best moments, great memories, challenges, happiness, and tears. It’s the place of our hopes, our community, support, earnings, fun, competition, fair play and togetherness. We come, we compete, we fight, we win, we lose, still, the game goes on even when we are off stage or pitch or out of sight - for the playground will always be there.
