This week we watched the 2004 wrestling movie Going to the Mat, starring Y2K Disney icon Andrew Lawrence and featuring a pleasantly surprising appearance from Wayne Brady. We're lucky that James has a history with high school wrestling, so we get an in-depth analysis of how a fat man roll works and what really happens when you need to lose six pounds in two days.
