I’m very excited to announce I recently became an approved HeartMath Add Heart Facilitator. The HeartMath Institute is a nonprofit research and education organization that provides simple, user-friendly mental and emotional self-regulation tools and techniques to relieve stress.
I used to feel stressed out and off balance so I would meditate. I noticed my mind was always so busy chatting away! I tried affirmations, saying statements like “I feel peaceful inside” to try and bring in self balance. That never worked, no matter how many times I said it. Nothing seemed to work until I discovered that you have to Add Heart with things like meditation to create inner balance. When you bring your heart and mind into balance together, you feel balanced inside.
