In this episode of the Designated Players Podcast, the guys are back and this week we're talking HG players. As the league transitions to a new era of youth selling, the HG academy will become ever so important. Already it has shown the fruits of its labor in players like Jordan Morris and Alphonso Davies. While some teams thrive in the HG system, others don't seem like they know where to start. We've come up with a list of maybe all of the HG players for each team, which we will use to make a tier list of the best to worst HG systems. Note, we have disqualified any teams that are LAFC or newer as there hasn't been much time to sign players and see the development.

We take a look through each HG on each team and determine which players the teams have "hit" on and which they've missed. Based on some criteria we mention in the episode, we come up with our rankings and make one beautiful bell curve of a tier list.
