This is a short solo episode where I talk about the last 5 deals I have done in the past month or so. There are some encouraging things that I have taken away from the last month or so. I talk about what is getting accepted in my markets as well as what sorts of negotiations are working best. Crafting a deal outside of the market by marrying a buyer & seller off market.  Markets change and I am hopeful the playing field is balancing! Spring market is coming!
