- Arrows In: fill us with the Holy Spirit. Pray for the Holy Spirit to come – to fill us so that we can testify to God’s glory.

- Arrows Out: to glorify God and be his witnesses. Pray for the truth of who Jesus is to be known, so that others will be set free from captivity to sin, and captivated by the love of Jesus.
