A fellow traveler and Council of Oak petitioner turned out to be… not who they said they were. As a result, the Guilders find themselves defending the Council members, who were disinclined to acquiesce to the request, from the aggressive negotiation tactics of the rejected petitioner. Through the use of excessive force, the plaintiff’s court summons were brought before the Council where minds were attempting to be changed.
