'Tis the season for candy and fun!  We don't need rules or labels for Trick or Treat we need inclusivity!  Where the blue candy buckets have an understandable intent, it segregates those with developmental or neurological disabillities. 

As oppose to slapping these labels on our fellow humans, how about an open heart and mind? Remember you're not handing out candy to hear someone say "Trick or Treat" or "Thank You" you're doing it to give and give smiles.
