<p>Steph was selected by Essendon with Pick 32, in the 2022 AFLW draft. She has played 31 AFLW games and kicked 7 goals. She was nominated for the AFLW Rising Star award on two occasions and finished 3rd in Essendon's AFLW Best and Fairest in 2023. In 2024, she unfortunately ruptured her ACL against Richmond in Darwin.</p>
