I had the opportunity to explore heart-centered listening in a recent experience I had in community healing. Even though this episode doesn't go into the details of the actual experience, I am able to share what I learned about heart-centered listening and the profound depths of connection I felt. When we only listen with our ears, we will mostly likely miss the ability to feel the energy and emotion of what somewhat is experiencing. We also are likely to miss the lessons we can learn in the process. I hope you will take the invitation to explore with your heart and listen from a new dimension of yourself.
