Has been a friend for a number of years and I have always been stoked to meet up with her while in NORCAL to grab some steak and a drink.  She has been traveling more than me and doing very interesting things teaching fitness around the world.  Excited to see her living her life the way she wants to.  Fun conversation we got to have while sitting outside of the Sacramento Fit EXPO.
