This episode features a conversation with Laura Ganoza. Laura is a partner in Foley’s Miami office with a practice focused on commercial litigation and intellectual property related matters. Laura is the chair of the Miami office’s litigation practice and the co-chair of Foley’s Fashion, Apparel, and Beauty Industry Team. In this conversation, Laura reflects on growing-up in Hialeah, Florida, attending the University of Florida and New York University School of Law. She discusses how she choose her practice area and how she’s managed to balance a hybrid practice of both commercial litigation and IP.
