Sorry for the show going up a bit late this week. It has been a rough weekend.

We discuss the passing of a pillar of the independent comics industry, Gary Reed of Caliber Comics. You may not recognize the name right away, but you know his work. Check out the amazing stuff from Caliber Comics or the book Savants that Gary was working on with Seth Damoose and Sara Sowles for Source Point Press.

We work to recover from Pat bringing down the mood with his tribute to Gary at the open of the show by talking about a new theory Michelle found about the SpaceX rocket explosion a couple weeks ago, which seems ripped right out of a conspiracy theorists brain…

We also talk about New York Comic Con and our desire to be there, as well as Pat’s impending trip and panel at Grand Rapids Comic Con coming up October 22nd at DeVos Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan. His panel starts at 12:45pm in River Overlook D. Be there to watch him #MakePod

We wrap the show with a few of our favorite Halloween/horror movies and Pat get fired…….again
