A DIET = Way of life. ⁣⁣

It should not be way too restrictive and a dieter should be able to adhere to it, with budget constraints too. ⁣⁣

Mere Ghar jo groceries aate hain,⁣⁣

Woh aap sab ke ghar bhi aate hain. ⁣⁣

We all eat almost the same staple, since birth. ⁣⁣

Our diets should have a good amount of proteins and fiber, which has tonnes of benefits. ⁣⁣

Proteins diet mein add karna,⁣⁣

Kisi ‘Brahmāstra’ se kam nahi hai. ⁣⁣

Vegetarians can get their proteins from ⁣⁣

Soya chunks. ⁣⁣

Paneer. ⁣⁣

Cheese. ⁣⁣

Whey. ⁣⁣

Lentils. ⁣⁣

Cheese. ⁣⁣

Tofu. ⁣⁣

Greek Yogurt (I envy such people)⁣⁣

-⁣⁣

Non-vegetarians can add all of the above and can include,⁣⁣

Chicken. ⁣⁣

Eggs. ⁣⁣

Fish. ⁣⁣

Prawns.⁣⁣

Etc.⁣⁣

Once the above things are set,⁣⁣

Try to keep the food items as simple as you can. ⁣⁣

Less hassle for cooking,⁣⁣

More time for being productive and putting effort.⁣⁣

Once the plan is set, ⁣⁣

Time to start adhering to it by quantifying,⁣⁣

so that we can work on precision. ⁣⁣

You need an intent to change. ⁣⁣

Get ready to put in mad work ⁣⁣

and the results are waiting to be yours.⁣⁣

Nutrition to be on point. ⁣⁣

Sustainable calories. ⁣⁣

Train your muscles harder.⁣⁣

Walk. Cycle. Run.⁣⁣

Keep yourself hydrated. ⁣⁣

Sleep. ⁣⁣

Boom. ⁣⁣
