Smriti has completed her post graduation from ISB and is currently working as AVP Strategy at Electronica Finance. Prior to ISB, she has worked with Genpact Enterprise Risk Consulting for about 5 years.She is an avid social worker who has been an active member of Make a Difference, a youth-driven NGO for kids. She has served in various capacities at this organisation and has helped several children to discover their strengths and explore new career opportunities in their area of interest.
