With over two decades of aviation experience, Kodey is passionate about promoting aviation safety, empowering women in aviation, and cultivating leadership. She is the founder and Board President of the Space Coast Women in Aviation Alliance (SCWAA), and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in aviation safety at the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT).
