While I was sitting back listening to the great Les Brown I heard him speak on how life is like a rollercoaster with its ups and downs and you know what he is right. Life is like a rollercoaster because of the high and lows but you really learn a lot about yourself when you at the low point its how you handle things and move forward is how and what defines you.
