This month we are sharing our conversation with Raquel Sofia Sandoval, who is a Harvard Med School student and co-founder of the Instagram account @2WOCQueenMDs. She has been a leader for racial justice in medicine and healthcare and her work was borne out of truly wanting to make a difference in underserved communities. In this episode, Raquel Sofia shares her story  openly and honestly with Lina and they relate over immigrating to the states from Colombia as kids and how it has affected their lives and career paths, especially when it comes to being the first or only women of color in the space.
