What is a moral budget? And how does it help us reimagine our city and county? We address these questions in today's episode. Dr. Antonio Callari, The Sigmund M. and Mary B. Hyman Professor of Economics, Dr. Linda Aleci, Associate Professor of Art History, and  Ms. Tammy Rojas, a co-Root Coordinator with Put People First! PA and an organizer with the PA Homeless Union discuss their project entitled “A Lancaster Audit: Toward at Lancaster Moral Budget.”
