In this episode Ovadya and Stefania are preparing for an Equinox ritual they call “Switching our Broken Record”, together with their partners Diane and Konrad. The idea was to detect unhealthy behaviors by noticing our speech patterns and establishing an intention to change them. Some opinions were expressed - after all, who’s better at hearing your broken record than your partner?
