Ultimately there's two parts to cultivating church culture, within the body and within leadership. When done properly, we see these kinds of cultures overflow into the world around us. People see a difference in how we treat others, how we celebrate ideas and individuality. Cultivating a healthy church culture results in an overflow into the world.
