In a past life, Dave was a professional poker player, which has informed what some have called a somewhat iconoclastic take on the real estate market and the broader Future of Work conversation.

Dave is also an avid explorer of new technologies and ways of gathering. In 2023, he co-founded a conversation series called Inspired People, Inspired Places, which seeks to explore the future of the human experience, where participants and speakers meet inside a virtual world to wrestle with important topics.
