For those who don't know, Dear Green are independent Coffee Roasters from Glasgow and have been at the forefront of the "artisan" coffee scene in Glasgow for a number of years and they have just recently hosted a modified version of their ever popular Glasgow Coffee Festival.

We speak to Lisa about pioneering the new coffee shop culture in Glasgow along with how and where their coffee is sourced. We also talk about how ethics and doing the right thing play a big part in their business model.
