Join Dr. Robin Rosenberg and Josh Millet, founder of Criteria Corp, as they discuss what research tells us about how to increase diversity in the hiring process.
Josh Millet is the founder + CEO of based Criteria, an SaaS people analytics platform dedicated to helping organizations make better talent decisions using objective, multidimensional data.
The company has helped organizations make those data-driven hiring decisions that lead to better business outcomes with its scientifically validated assessments across multiple dimensions including aptitude, personality and skills.
Prior to launching Criteria, Josh co-founded an online test preparation company, Number2.com, which he sold. Josh holds a Ph.D. in history from Harvard University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar and a Mellon Fellow.
