We all have a "6th Sense" and it's called intuition. In my self-help research, to help with my anxiety, I came across the book, "The Gift of Fear", by Gavin De Becker and he explains that we all have survival signals that keep us safe. Fear can be paralyzing and has a negative connotation but we can harness and should recognize our fears and use those skills to keep us safe from harm.
In this episode we share some experiences where we felt something was just not right. From a sketchy, serial-killer looking van parking right next to my door in an empty parking lot and those "gut-feelings".
