A new On the Job episode is ready for you, and this time, hosts Nupoor Ranade and Wilfredo Flores speak with Dr. Sweta Baniya, an incoming Assistant Professor of Rhetoric, Professional & Technical Writing at Virginia Tech University. This episode was recorded before Sweta defended her dissertation (a week, in fact!), and so she offers invaluable advice about document management for the job market, including making cover letters, retooling CVs, and preparing other documents. Sweta also talks about handling dissertation work during the fall semester during which the job market takes place, and she discusses the importance of taking time to unwind and relax.
