Beers Without Frontiers

Episode 7 - Equity For Monks

Listen Later

For this episode the BWF team sample some Belgian beers and try a beer from the UK’s first Trappist brewery to see how it compares. We are joined by fellow beer geek Dave who muled back a box of Tynt Meadow from Mount Saint Bernard Abbey in Leicestershire in order to bribe his way onto the podcast! It worked!
We discuss our recent beer festival experiences at Lock and Key in Birmingham, Coventry Vegan Beer fest at Twisted Barrel Ale and news of new Coventry brewery Mashionistas (https://mashionistas.com) who should be starting to brew in September.
