We interviewed, the humble, passionate and inspiring Paul Asare-Archer, a Director of Compliance at 02 (Telefónica UK). Paul is an MBA and Law Graduate as well as being a Fellow and Tutor at the International Compliance Association (ICA). Listed in the FT as within the UK’s Top 100 BAME Leaders, Paul was named Employee of the Year by the Black Tech Achievement Awards in 2020 and also was a Finalist at the Black British Business Awards in 2017. As the first-ever Director of Compliance at Telefonica UK (O2), Paul has helped lead the transformation of Compliance across the company since 2012.
