In this episode I talk about, you guessed it, fears and bad habits. After a recent experience in a sensory deprivation tank I was able to more closely examine some fears I had created to stop myself from pursuing certain goals. It is really great to acknowledge our fears and bad habits so we can overcome them. My hope is by sharing my thought processes about how I intend to overcome these fears that it will help you to determine a course of action to overcome yours. People helping people.
