Dr. Andy Bass was a prospect with the Tampa Bay Rays organization and during his professional career, he experienced the yips which ultimately led to his career ending. Dr. Bass took his own personal experience to develop a career focusing on the mental side of the game and currently is the Mental Performance Coordinator for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Jared and Caleb sit own with Andy Bass to discuss his journey through professional baseball, how he took his passion for the mental side of the game and transitioned to career post-baseball, and how he uses the mental side of the game to help players find their identity outside of baseball.
