Marcia has been a long-time advocate of the childfree lifestyle, since back in the 1970s. She has published one book in which she tells her personal story, she has appeared on documentaries to talk about her life as a non-parent (that what they called the childfree back in the day!), and she is in the process of getting a second book published.
