A pilot will never forget the first time they flew an airplane on their own with no instructor present. I experienced this on the 10th December 2011 and needless to say, it was an event that I will cherish and never forget. I count myself blessed and privileged to be able to say I can fly an airplane by myself and it just makes me more keen to continue with my training and get my license.
