"There is a saying in Brazil, people that live at the beach don't go to the beach" but according to Brazil travel blogger Luiza Cardoso, Florianpolis is a cool exception to this general rule.

The island of Santa Catarina, where Florianopolis is located, is one of the most chill and exotic islands in the world. It has chill beaches, nightlife, wild nature hikes, and an atmosphere that is hard to describe but easily felt when you experience it.

Luiza Cardoso, who is from São Paulo Brazil, has her own travel blog and social media channel called "Olhos de Turista" (tourist eyes). She shares some insider tips of the one of very favorite places in all of Brazil.
