For our 5th and final episode of the Self Love Series, we are talking about how to forgive ourselves.
Forgiveness is so important for us to find peace in our lives. If you are carrying around guilt, anger, resentment, etc. surrounding things that you’ve done or things that have happened to you in the past, you will never be able to feel compassion for yourself or for others. In order to fully and completely love and respect ourselves, we need to learn how to process the emotions we have surrounding our issues, thank them for the lessons they have taught us, and then let them go.
