In our seventh episode we're delving into the world of friendships and how they've changed in our twenties.

We've both experienced friendships which last for years (possibly forever!) and friendships which have drifted. During your twenties your free time becomes scarcer, and it's more important than ever to surround yourself with people that lift you up, and to invest in the friendships you really value. 

In this episode we look at what we seek in an 'ideal friend', the importance of 'friendship dates' and how to maintain the friendships you really treasure, even if your friends live far away.
