In this episode Christie & Mia expand on the topic of a Healing & Trauma with a special and friend, Mija of Soul Ascending. Mija is a Reiki Master, a Neurolinguistics Programer (NLP), Akashic Record reader, Emotional Freedom Techniques and Thought Feel Therapy, & Life Coach. Now, she is studying Counseling.
Trauma is anything that deregulates us. Mija talks about trauma coming from past, present, future and dimensional. She also shares her personal story of what kicked off her spiritual awakening.
