He is SVP EZRA Coaching, and has previously worked in senior roles at CoachHub, PWC and IBM Business Consulting. He has published widely with over 40 books and 100 scientific papers. His books include Becoming a Coach: The Essential ICF Coach, Coaching Tools and The Coaches Handbook. He holds a professorship at Henley Business School is a chartered psychologist and holds five degrees, plus accretions with both the ICF and EMCC as a coach, supervisor and team coach.
