Julie Neis is the blogger behind the fabulous and famed blog, Paris Food Affair, which is all about eating and dining in Paris. Julie talks about why she moved from the US to Paris, a city she fell incredibly in love with, and how and why she started blogging about the world-famous Parisian food scene.
