Home health providers play a crucial role in our patients' continuum of care. They ensure that patients receive the necessary medical attention, support, and rehabilitation in the comfort of their own homes. This not only promotes faster recovery but also enhances the overall quality of life for many of our patients.

Their work often goes unseen, but it is no less vital. Recently, I sat down with Home Health physical therapist Kim Chaney, who has been doing this work for more than 30 years, and whose patients regularly write in to share what an excellent job he is doing.
