Welcome to the 7 Maven Minutes podcast, where we dive deep into the core of wisdom and courage. I'm your host, Jamal the Maven. Each week we explore insights to inspire and empower your journey. Ready to unlock your potential? Let's dive in.

Three quick maven minutes, I, mastery and balance. Have you ever wanted to master something in life? Mastery is this unique blend of impatience for action and patience for results. Two, the power of persistence. Did you know 85 % of people forget this? Talents and genius don't trump determination. Determination is what separates the winners from the rest. Winners are the ones who persist and ultimately tell the story.

Daily Bread.

One of my favorite scriptures, Philippians 4 .13, I can do all things through him who gives me strength. Treat this scripture not just as a verse, but as a daily affirmation to push through when things get tough.

The Maven Mindset. As we wrap up today's episode, let's reflect on potential challenges and how we can prepare for or prevent them. This week, ask yourself, what are the most likely sources of pain in my life over the next year? How can I prepare for or prevent them? That's all for today's episode of Seven Maven Minutes. Remember, each week is a new opportunity to stay inspired and to keep mavening. Until next time.
