Matt Bergum is an age-group triathlete. It wasn’t until 2016 that Matt found triathlon after he had pursued his career so intensely that he had completely lost touch with his friends.

Working 80+ hours each week, he knew he needed a change… a change that triathlon would bring to him. Now, just a few years later, Matt is getting married in the Spring to his fiancé, Ali, and has a renewed and healthy outlook on life that doesn’t revolve around work. It was triathlon that flipped everything upside down – and he isn’t looking back.
