For episode 7, I speak to independent police auditor Mitchell Kagen. Mitchell Kagen is supposed to investigate complaints of police misconduct. However, when I reported my concerns about police misconduct to the Mayor and Council, Mitchell Kagen reported me to the mental health team at the Tucson Police Department. After this, the police department began to harass me, showing up four times at my home. They also tried to coerce me into two psychological evaluations. Here is his email response to my complaints regarding the individuals who applied for the evaluations: "Neither Savina Lipchak nor Hailey Wingert were/are employees of TPD. They both work for Connections Health Solutions, a non-City of Tucson private company. As such, neither I nor OPS are empowered to investigate "wrongdoing" committed by Wingert and/or Lipchak."
