In her work with hundreds of individuals and organizations, Julie has deeply studied how we orient to systems. She has found that understanding the realities in which we’re living helps us avoid being swept up and reactive. Julie elucidates four types of systems, gives several resources for taking up our own study of them, and offers practices to keep ourselves grounded in the midst of chaos and complexity.
